How do I design the optimal lighting in the room?

Because our activity in the house that is very diverse, it needs proper planning for optimal light in the home and according to need.

Here there are some tricks to regulate lighting in the room :

Meet the needs of the most important light

Illumination of the most fundamental and absolute in every room known as the general lighting or general lighting. This lighting must illuminate the entire room evenly, because its function is to provide light for the occupants of the house so that it can perform its activities. Lighting need not be too bright, but enough for the room is not too dark. Usually used lamp type downlights to get a flat lighting throughout the room.Define activities that need more light

Provide a night light

Lights tonight needs to be provided in every area that we may pass on the hours sleep. The lights should be used with low light, because their function merely to avoid these spaces into darkness making it difficult to pass. Examples of space require light, for example, the hall into the bathroom and stairs.

Spread light point

Better for rooms large enough, we use more than one light source, because if we use a single source will emerge shadow in all directions. Obviously the room is like that makes it less comfortable. Maybe we can make a point of light rays branched into several points.
